Right of withdrawal
If you enter into a paid subscription as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Here is what that means.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract — for example by email or by letter to the contact details below. You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
Early start and compensation for value
OwnLore is available to you immediately after the contract is concluded. For that to be the case, you expressly request when subscribing that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires. We point this out separately during the payment process.
If you then withdraw, you owe us a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal — pro rata against the agreed total price of the current billing period. Your right of withdrawal itself is unaffected by this and does not lapse.
During the free trial you have not paid anything yet. Withdrawing during that time therefore costs you nothing — in practice, cancelling before the trial ends is enough.
